On the Track

The program provides the foundation to become as efficient, as strong, as fit and as mentally prepared as possible. We work on the consistency model. The more often you train, the better the performance. We offer year-round training opportunities. Check the “Training Sessions” tab for the most up-to-date training sessions.

Cross Country

The program has developed some of the top cross country runners in the country. We specialize in event-specific cross country preparation. We emphasize effective race strategy development, resistance training through hill repetitions, event-specific programming and overall conditioning. All of our training is on the local trail systems and much of what we do is focused around competing at your best on the most competitive courses in Anchorage and in the nation.
